For our location we were assigned the two intersections between Skyway and Notre Dame. These two places mostly included shops and restaurants. One of the most well known place there has to be the Mcdonalds, in Notre Dame boulevard. Besides Mcdonalds there is more restaurants located there like Burger King, Izakaya Ichiban,Cocodine Thai Cuisine, and Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza. There is also a rileys at this location. This place is mostly for dining and shopping since there is also a Ross and Marshalls there. This location is in the other side of town, so if you do want to go there you either have to drive or take the bus there. This place is mostly used by families and students since it has variety of restaurants and clothing stores.

When finally analyzing the area pretty well from Google Maps, we were ready to take on our first visit over there. We started researching the B-line to know how to get over there using the website which was really complicated but after observing it we got the hang of it. Also shout out to Valeria’s sister for helping us out with which one was forsure our bus. We took bus #17 which our starting point was at the Transit Center in downtown and dropping us off on the street side of McDonalds. When first entering the bus, it was really quiet everyone minding their own business getting to where they have to go. Some people would socialize and others just listened around. There were so many people regardless of age, you would be surprised that it is not just older people using the bus everyone is. We were all pretty tired after our long day of classes even Salma fell asleep. After the 30 minute bus ride we finally made it to Notre Dame Boulevard and Skyway.

Once we got to our designated drop off station, we all decided we deserved a delicious meal. Which was perfect because McDonalds was just across the street. Making it to McDonalds was a piece of cake, we just had to cross a super busy street of cars who just came off the freeway. The restaurant was like any other McDonald in the nation, BUSY! There were these interesting new panels you could order off of as an alternative from the typical cashier we engage with. After we finished our meals we headed out to our first store, which was called Clothing Revival but it sold old and new clothes. We all thought that the clothes was somewhat pricey so we quickly got bored of it, so we headed towards something a bit more appealing. Ross they're logo basically says “dress for less” so we knew we'd find things better suiting our price range. Service there was smooth, it seemed to have a lot of customers and a good amount of employees to serve them. Due to time and the bus schedule we had to head back to the station to leave and return to campus. We all acknowledged how beautiful the sky looked and noticed the dark clouds approaching us. Little did we know that we had return to campus all soaked because of the crazy rain that hit us all of a sudden. We all agreed that it was the most ruthless, aggressive, and wild rain we had experienced first hand this season. We got hit with some crazy wind, hail and we even saw some lightning. What a nice way to wrap things up for the day.
